How-To
1. Sign into the app with your battle tag/xbl tag/psn tag that you have with Overwatch and with a unique password. Searching for username is case sensitive.
Note: There's only one username for each device but you can log in and out of the app whenever you want. Make sure you remember your password because it's the password you'll need to sign back into the app.
